Diver Medical and Third Party Insurance
In Spain diver medical and third party liability insurance is mandatory. We have teamed up with Scuba Medic and can offer you both long- and short- term worldwide policies starting from 6,00€ a day.
You also need to be medically fit. Download the new diver medical participant form to self-certify. If you need to be signed off by a physician here are the physician guidance notes to also download and take with you to your appointment. We can arrange for you to see a physician here on the island, currently 25,00€.

Island Watersports offers the SSI Divemaster course (2-3 weeks) and Internships, usually 1-3 months. Course prerequites must be met; email info@divelanzarote.com for details.
